These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SneakyWeasel website and service located at www.sneakyweasel.co.uk ("the Service"), operated by SneakyWeasel ("we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, are resident in the United Kingdom, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

SneakyWeasel provides an online product monitoring service. The Service allows users to:

• Receive real-time push notifications when monitored products come into stock at online retailers
• Configure keyword exclude filters to personalise which products you are notified about
• Check in-store product availability at selected UK retailers
• Receive real-time push notifications via a paid subscription

Features may be added, modified, or removed at our discretion.

The Service is offered on a paid subscription basis:

• Paid subscription — billed monthly via Stripe, with full access to all available features

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details. By subscribing, you authorise Stripe to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

• Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
• No refunds will be issued for any remaining time in your current billing period
• After your subscription expires, your access to the Service will end

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice. Any price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing period.

Your Statutory Rights: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a statutory right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason. If you have already used the Service during the cancellation period, we may deduct a proportionate amount for the service provided up to the point of cancellation.

You acknowledge and agree that your use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.

The Service monitors third-party retailer websites and sends notifications based on detected stock changes. You acknowledge that:

• Notifications are based on automated monitoring and may not always be accurate or timely
• Product availability may change between when a notification is sent and when you visit the retailer
• We have no control over third-party retailer websites, their stock levels, pricing, or availability
• Third-party retailers may change their systems, block monitoring, or otherwise affect the Service without notice
• The Service does not guarantee that you will be able to purchase any product

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SneakyWeasel shall not be liable for any:

• Inaccurate, delayed, or missed stock notifications
• Product unavailability after a notification is sent
• Changes to third-party retailer websites that affect the Service
• Service downtime, interruptions, or errors
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind

SneakyWeasel does not provide compensation for missed or inaccurate notifications, or for any inability to purchase products identified by the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding:

• The availability, accuracy, or timeliness of product monitoring or alerts
• The availability of any product or stock on third-party websites
• The accuracy of product stock or availability information
• Continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation of the Service
• Compatibility with any particular device, browser, or notification client

Third-party websites may change their systems, policies, or interfaces at any time, which may affect the functionality of the Service without prior notice.

When using the Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• Not share your account with any other person — accounts are for individual use only
• Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Service
• Not use the Service to engage in any activity that is abusive, fraudulent, or harmful

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if we suspect:

• Suspicious, fraudulent, or abusive activity on your account
• Account sharing or unauthorised access
• Any breach of these Terms
• Any activity that could harm the Service, its users, or SneakyWeasel

In the event of termination for breach of these Terms, no refund will be issued for any remaining subscription period.

All content, features, functionality, design, code, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with the Service are and remain the exclusive property of SneakyWeasel. You agree that you will not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code or underlying algorithms of the Service
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit access to the Service or any data obtained through it
• Use any automated means (including bots, scrapers, or crawlers) to access, extract, or interact with the Service except as expressly provided by the Service itself

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SneakyWeasel, its owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of the Service
• Your breach of these Terms
• Any action taken against you or SneakyWeasel by a third-party retailer or other third party as a result of your use of the Service
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation, or the terms of any third-party website

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email or through the Service.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Under UK regulations, we are required to inform you about alternative dispute resolution. The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform is no longer available to UK consumers following Brexit. If we are unable to resolve a complaint directly, you may refer the matter to a relevant ADR body. We are not currently registered with an ADR scheme but will endeavour to resolve any disputes directly. You also retain the right to take court action.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
